The controller of your personal data is SAWKA.TECH spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office in Dywity, ul. Franciszka Hynka 9 lok. 19, 11-001 Dywity, Poland, entered in the Polish National Court Register under KRS 0001257573, Tax ID (NIP) 7394037737, REGON 545359070.
Contact for data protection matters: info@sawka.tech. No data protection officer has been appointed — our activities involve neither large-scale processing nor the systematic monitoring referred to in Art. 37 GDPR.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-N57W1BD64R) for visit statistics. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. It stores cookies in your browser (including _ga and _ga_*) and collects information about how the site is used: the pages you open, the time and length of your visit, the approximate location derived from your IP address, your device and browser type, and the address of the page you arrived from. Google Analytics 4 does not store your full IP address.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and improving it. We do not ask for consent for this and display no cookie banner. You have the right to object to this processing (Art. 21 GDPR) — an email to info@sawka.tech is enough. You can also stop the measurement yourself, by blocking cookies in your browser or by installing Google's Analytics opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Google Analytics advertising features are switched off: the data is not used for remarketing or ad personalisation and is not combined with advertising profiles. Google LLC (USA) participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and the transfer additionally rests on standard contractual clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. How long the statistical data is kept follows from the service's settings. Your language choice is carried in the page address, not in a cookie, and fonts are served from our own server — your browser makes no connection to third-party servers for them.
Server logs
Independently of the above, the server keeps standard technical logs. These record the IP address, the date and time of the request, the address of the requested resource, the response code, the amount of data transferred, browser and operating system information, and the referring page. An IP address is personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and stable and in diagnosing faults. Logs are deleted after 30 days.
Correspondence
If you write to us or call us, we process the details you provide in order to reply and to handle the matter. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in respect of pre-contractual steps and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in respect of conducting the correspondence.
We keep correspondence for as long as the matter is being handled and, after that, for the limitation period of any claims. You can contact us through the form on this site or by email.
Contact form
The form on this site collects your name, email address, telephone number, optionally your company name, and your message. We use these details solely to reply to you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR in respect of pre-contractual steps and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in respect of conducting the correspondence.
Messages sent through the form arrive in our mailbox and are kept for as long as the matter is being handled and for the limitation period of any claims. The form is protected against bots by a hidden field and a check on how long it took to fill in — we use no reCAPTCHA or other third-party tools for that.

Beyond the processors named above, we do not disclose personal data to external recipients unless required to do so by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data and to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on a legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR). We do not use automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
